OK, so explain the mass shootings that don't take place in what you call DEMOCRAT controlled (all caps yours) places. I'm trying to understand how politics are at play here, but not, say, in Uvalde, Texas.

It’s legal under Federal law, and only a few states prohibit their citizens from buying out of state. I’d have to do a bit of research as I don’t remember off the top of my head which ones they are.

Another poster did a search and discovered that the guy isn't even registered to vote. When his dad ran for mayor, neither the Republicans nor the Democrats would back him so he wasn't with any particular party.
I don't think this was a political shooting. I think he just wanted to shoot innocent people out having fun at an all American community event which is evil and twisted.
Suddenly our Democrat friends are concerned about a shooting in Chicago. Why? Well because this one is by whitey of course. Supposedly a 'Trumper?' Bonus for our liberal friends so they can blow up about guns and 'Trumper's' and all their other talking points but somehow remain silent on the thousands and thousands and thousands of blacks murdered by blacks with guns in Chicago on the daily.
