screw China...and Russia...we are the big dog on the block...they can go suck eggs..
We were the only game in town in a unipolar world after the collapse of the USSR.
The world is now more multipolar and we can no longer bully foes against a China-Russia alliance, or a G7 vs BRICS showdown.
We needed to be knocked a few rungs down as we supremely screwed the world up with our wars and overseas "escapades".
A multipolar world will be a better place for everyone, at our expense however.
I heard the same but don’t trust her or the media. She did this last time to get publicity and work everyone up then decided not to go. I don’t expect anything different.

I think she would go.
I have been watching foreign media. The analysis of the foreign media is that the world is watching nancy pelosi. If she backed down, this means united states have sent a message to the world which is we are weak and we cannot be trusted. China will automatically win.
She has no choice now, she must go. It's not just about her anymore.
Bring it on, my NP baby! Both CCP and DEM need to experience some blood shed to wake up to the reality in 2022.
War is terrible, but it helps keep humans being humans. Too long war-free peace time in the US has created bizarre “humans” like AOC, Pelosi etc and toxic/ pathetic ideology/behaviors that are more destructive than wars.

Good. China can’t tell us what we can or cannot do.

Btw there are 1.4 Billion Chinese, and the country is quite technologically advanced. They are even ahead of the US in terms of some technology such as hypersonic missiles, and they have good air defence and naval support in relation to an island only 100 miles off their coastline.
I would suggest you start manufacturing hundreds of thousands of body bags, and rather than needing a bigger boat, you are going to need a bigger army.
Vietnam and Korea would be seen as merely minor skirmishes, compared to a war with China.
Pelosi is just pouring petrol on to a fire, although that's what Pelosi does where ever she travels in the world.
Getting rid of Pelosi and Biden, and engaging in proper dialogue is a better solution that just antagonising nations.
Finally in terms of they can't tell us what do and we will show the, the same was said of the Viet Cong and Taliban, and it seems to abandon a peace keeping mission in Afghanistan in order to start a war, which could be avoided with the Chinese. It's little wonder the US is in so much debt, as it's now nearly constantly at war.
It's typical US arrogance and bravado, and ignorance, with zero regard for diplomacy. Exactly how are leaders act, which really describes the mental state of the US as a whole.
I think you are clutching at straw, as the Chinese have a massive population however you look at it, and also given that a lot of Americans would not be fit for military service and that includes obese young people.
Given how well things turned out in Afghanistan and Vietnam, this should be a cakewalk right?
People forgot how a weak China, having just been massacred by the Japanese for decades, with practically zero technological or military prowess, or supplies for that matter (they had to beg the USSR for guns/ammo and air support), fought the almighty US to a draw in Korea.
