I liked and supported our local libraries for years. In fact, I used them a lot and loved my local one. About 2 years ago they went full-on woke. All the books on display everywhere are now anti-white, LGBT, or anti-Trump. I still really like the idea of libraries but I’m very reluctant to continue to support ours.

Just because material is published in book form does not mean that impressionable children should be exposed to it.
Just because someone licensed to teach children says something does not make it true or even safe for children to hear.
Just because some thing says he’s there to entertain children does not mean he won’t harm them, no matter how he smiles through makeup and lipstick.

Also, just because a library doesn’t carry certain books doesn’t mean they’re banned. I was about to type that if people want to read child porn they can buy it online, but I’m not sure about that now (never tried!).

this is an outrage. what are the 3 people that use the public library supposed to do? what about the librarian who views her job as "essential?" where will she go to put that masters in library science to work for her in the private sector? barnes and nobles cashier?
