I don’t believe there is an actual ruling class in America. That’s more like a conspiracy theory.

But some families like the Rockefellers, Vanderbilts, Astors, Rothschilds, etc., did have a lot of wealth and influence for a long period of American history.

and we already reduced the taxes on the "middle class". The middle class GOT a tax break.

The "middle class" is $67K to $201K per year of gross income, family of 4 per Pew.

https://www.investopedia.com/financi...s-are-you.aspx

After the HIGHER standard deduction, which even more taxpayers took...

https://www.taxpolicycenter.org/brie...personal-taxes

Those with taxable income up to $77K got a 3% rate cut, a 30% reduction in the rate.

Those with taxable income up to $165K also got a 3% rate cut, but it was a 12% reduction.

The very top of the middle class - the very few whose taxable income would be between $165K and about $176K ($201K - standard deduction) got a 4% rate cut, a 14% reduction in the rate.

Bill Gates. Melinda Gates. Jeff Bezos. MacKenzie Scott (Bezos). Elon Musk. Steve Jobs until he died. George Soros and family. The Koch family. The Walton family.

The names change, the goals remain the same.

you are going to HAVE TO find a % to put on it.

And you can't "blame the rich" because the mentally or physically incapable "don't have role models or encouragement from (their) parents...". What you're saying is they ARE capable when they're young but something beyond anyone's control makes them incapable. While admitting it's the parent(s).

It is within the control of the parents and then the community. We just don't allow the community to take children from crap parents.

18 months not much at the end of your life (less than 2%)

It's so inconsequential that you tell a 30 year fat person in the US to exercise and lose weight to gain 18 months 50 years later and fewer than 2% will do it.

It's about controlling where the money goes.
