John Solomon reporting that the FBI admits it took passports and shouldn’t have, will return them. Also they admit they overreached in documents that were confiscated, some were attorney-client privileged, along with others. No link available. Just heard him report. We’ll see if it’s true.

It's all over Twitter that the passports are being returned. I can find no confirmation yet.
I searched it several ways a while ago with no luck. I'm going to sit pat until something solid sows up.
