Trump sounds very nervous - like someone backed into a corner and lashing out.
Keep in mind, Trump knows exacly what the FBI took in the raid. It must be pretty damning evidence, else Trump wouldn't be talking about riots. That's his defense. He must know he's guilty.
Trump keeps begging for people to rise up to protect him. Why haven't they done so even though his people claim to have such huge arsenals? They are not that stupid. They know the military and law enforcement will not be on their side even if some of them are sympathetic. Noone is going to rise up for a lost cause and risk going to federal prison.
1) after January 20th trump no longer had top level security clearance and access to daily security briefings
2) no White House staff backs up trumps declassification claims and there is no paper trail
3)trumps lawyer sent a false affidavit to doj stating trump no longer had government documents. It is a crime to provide false information to federal investigators punishable with 20 years in prison.
4) multiple witnesses observed trumps possessing the documents
5) video evidence of trump possessing the documents after the false affidavit was submitted to doj
The statutes in the DOJ warrant affidavit do not require the documents to be classified

Trump is hoping the case goes to the Supreme Court where several justices will protect him; Clarence Thomas is one justice that will protect Trump.
Trump is mentally getting worse; he should seek professional help, somewhere. Delusional disorder to be exact.
