What if they were marked classified but not actually classified. Sort of like women who carry fake Gucci or Chanel bags to show off to their friends but they know they are not real. Just thinking out of the box here.
They are still classified. You treat them as they are labeled.
People on the Interwebs don't count. The ex-P likes to play to the court of public opinion, but the only court that counts are the real ones, district or federal.

I cannot stress enough how bad all of this is. But by far the worst are the EMPTY FOLDERS FOUND IN HIS OFFICE. Trump HAD those classified documents and now they are gone. TO WHERE? Even his own lawyer says his office is not secure and people are in there all the time.
Trump has to go to prison, there is no other option on this now.
Barr: What people are missing, all the other documents taken, even if they claim to be executive privilege, belong to the government because they are government records...
Billy gets it. If those docs are protected by Executive Privilege, they are, by requirement, property of the government and TFG has no legal right to possess them.
Actually I think he had those fake Time covers hung in many Trump locations, like golf courses and other residences
