A document describing a foreign government’s military defenses, including its nuclear capabilities, was found by FBI agents who searched former president Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence and private club last month, according to people familiar with the matter, underscoring concerns among U.S. intelligence officials about classified material stashed in the Florida property.
Some of the seized documents detail top-secret U.S. operations so closely guarded that many senior national security officials are kept in the dark about them. Only the president, some members of his Cabinet or a near-Cabinet level official could authorize other government officials to know details of these special access programs, according to people familiar with the search, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe sensitive details of an ongoing investigation.
Documents about such highly classified operations require special clearances on a need-to-know basis, not just top-secret clearance. Some special-access programs can have as few as a couple dozen government personnel authorized to know of an operation’s existence. Records that deal with such programs are kept under lock and key, almost always in a secure compartmented information facility, with a designated control officer to keep careful tabs on their location.
But such documents were stored at Mar-a-Lago, with uncertain security, more than 18 months after Trump left the White House.

Lol. You have no proof of who is leaking this info, nor does it matter in the general scheme of things. The facts are the facts and once they all come out, DOJ will move as needed.
You can't both be upset about the lack of facts coming out as you were in the immediate aftermath of this raid, then also upset about the (alleged) source of information when it does start to trickle out. Well unless you're a MAGA person and logic and reason is fully optional.

They Judge is not ruling at all on “Executive Privilege”. Judge Cannon ruled on Attorney-Client Privilege and the past conduct of the FBI/DOJ & the items the confiscated that had nothing to do with the scope of the General Warrant (which she also did not Rule on). Investigation can continue, they just can’t use ANY of the RAID documents UNTIL the Special Master goes through each and every page & item they scooped up.
No wonder they are in a Total Hysterical Meltdown Panic.
She was very clear — the FBI/DOJ scooped up Health records, clothing, Tax Records, Attorney/Client Records (0ver 500 pages) and over 11,000 documents with only about 100 of them having any classification markings.
“Unclassified” is a classification marking. The DOJ ADMITTED that they failed to isolate Attorney/Client papers, admitted there WERE Leaks, it stated those Leaks were not from them.
The DOJ Ilong also said they had NO intention of returning anything they took from Mar-A-Lago.
It was really quite a stunning statement from the DOJ.
For those who don’t know — 2 things are important in this Rsid.k
1). It happened closely AFTER Donald Trump filed a Civil RICO Lawsuit agsinst about a dozen or so FOFMER FBI/DOJ, current Biden Administration & Hillary Clinton over the Operation Crossfire/Hurricane from the 2025-2018. The Magistrate Judge in the RICO CASE (I think 7 of them have recused now) was the same Judge that signed off on the General Warrant to RAID Mar-A-Lago. Understand— he really had little choice. The Judge accepted a Telephone Warrant under Oath as an “Emergency” that went into effect 3 days later. He can judge on the Constitutional Premise (he thought a General Warrant was justified AND MUST ACCEPT THE SWORN AFFIDAVIT as “truth”. (All of that WILL be examined & Ruled on later)
2). The thing most everyone (I’m talking Media & Pundits) is ignoring is that the National Archives actually HAS all these Records — they are part of the Trump Administration. What they don’t have (and want) are the UN-Redacted copies they believe Donald Trump has for his RICO CASE against all of them.
Records (all classification) Originated in a variety of Departments. Only the Classified Records that may have “Originated “ in the White House Oval Office could possibly be Records that the NARA doesn’t have.
Records are tracked, so the NARA/DOJ/FBI know that Donald Trump had access to them. NOW they are being sued in a Civil Case and they want the Evidence against themselves — Hence— the RAID.
Fascinating Times we live in.

So to make your timeline fit into this, NARA somehow knew (time travel?) to claim for months they didn't have documents and try to request them so they would have an alibi ready for when Trump filed this RICO case in March 2022, in the middle of this, and have an excuse to try to nab documents?
