Most corrupt administration since Reagan, indictments, convictions you name it. Draining the swamp doesn't quite come to mind, that is just a campaign slogan.

oh good point. Can he release the warrant? Why wouldn't he?

And it would specifically say who the judge is, instead of all the speculation.

No, she won't recover, ever. All she has is the money, that she sucked from her fans and others, through her foundation, to buy herself the wine she needs to dull the pain, knowing that she just wasn't good enough or liked enough. Must really suck for her, since she believes God placed her on this earth to become president....Haha!

Not in the Constitution. More recent. There never would have been any need for such a law if it hadn't been for Nixon. He really was a crook, you know. Trump is Nixon carried to its logical extreme.

Ignorant left who listen to their media don’t know that statutes don’t rule who is able to run for President. They’re ignorant of the Constitution and think “they got him now.”

His lawyers said the invaders showed the Mar-a-Lago staff the warrant, but did not leave a copy of it with them.

Who issued the warrant to raid Donald Trump's private home in Mar-a-Lago?

The warrant to raid Donald Trump's private home at Mar-a-Lago was issued by one Judge Bruce Reinhardt, a Magistrate Judge of the District Court of the Southern District of Florida.

A Magistrate Judge is apparently the lowest member of the food chain in a District Court. He is not appointed by any President, but is elected by a majority of the appointed judges themselves, in the court.

I haven't found any information about which District Court judges voted for Reinhardt and which voted against him. Also haven't found what was in the warrant, where can we read it etc.

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/flo...ployees-report

A federal magistrate judge in Florida who signed the search warrant to allow the FBI to raid former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate had represented several of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s employees in connection to a sex trafficking investigation, according to a report.

Judge Bruce Reinhardt approved the warrant on the South Florida estate, the New York Post reported, citing sources.

Reinhardt spent 10 years at a private practice before becoming a magistrate judge in 2018, according to his career history via Bloomberg. He previously worked as an assistant U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida. Reinhardt's ties to Epstein's employees were first reported by the Miami Herald after he became a magistrate judge in 2018. He reportedly told the paper that those he represented included Epstein’s pilots, his scheduler, Sarah Kellen, and a woman Nadia Marcinkova.[/quote]

Magistrate Judges

Magistrate judges are judicial officers of the U.S. district court appointed by the district judges of the court to handle a variety of judicial proceedings.

They have authority to issue warrants, conduct preliminary proceedings in criminal cases, such as initial appearances and arraignments, and hear cases involving petty offenses committed on federal lands. In most districts, magistrate judges handle pretrial motions and hearings in civil and criminal cases. While most civil cases are tried by district judges, magistrate judges may also preside over civil trials if all parties consent.

The position and authority of magistrate judges was established in 1968. By federal law, magistrate judges must meet specified eligibility criteria, including at least five years as a member in good standing of a state or territory’s highest court bar. They must also be vetted by a merit selection panel that consists of lawyers and non-lawyers from the community. By majority vote of the U.S. district judges of the court, magistrate judges are appointed for a renewable term of eight years. In addition, there are a small number of part-time magistrate judges who serve four-year terms.

He isn’t scared because he has nothing to be scared about. The FBI / Biden made a big ass out of themselves for pulling such a stunt. Trump could have easily locked a Hillary up. She destroyed evidence after getting a sopoena. That would easily have warranted a raid like yesterday. But they didn’t. And Trump left her alone. He shouldn’t have. She made up the entire Russian collusion story and we know for a fact now after all the hearings that she paid for the phony story. Hunter and Joe should be in jail already just by the evidence in his laptop. But nope. It’s so obvious that these communists are worried to death that Trump will win again in 2024 and finish them off. The entire phony Jan 6 hearings won’t do it because there was no insurrections.

And you are crazy for being happy. This is the same behavior one can expect from Venezuela, nazi germany, etc. people in power don’t eliminate their opponents because they disagree. This is a slippery slope. This is a banana republic. Everyone in power needs to be locked up.

Just realized -- the warrant may not include 'why' they got issued the warrant. It will show the judge though.

Trump doesn’t have it. The FBI only allowed his lawyers to see the warrant, not have a copy of it.
