No way. But that’s not really what I would prefer to debate here. Even if there is such a thing as an alien, why is the govt and media allowing information about it all of a sudden? What else should we be paying attention to instead?

That said, we'll see.

P.S. The same people that tend to greatly distrust the govt. and the MIC...tend to drop their guard when you say we need more MIC spending because of UFO's.
Considering the distances we know exist in space, any beings capable of traveling it effectively would have to have mastered quantum physics and multidimensional questions. Either that or they are immortal and just cruising around to enjoy the sights.

They're worried, but not because they think the ufo's are alien. They worry that other countries have this technology and are keeping it to themselves. If an enemy country has these devices, we better thread very carefully around them.

Real question is if there is an eventual First Contact scenario, would we all rally together as humans/earthlings? Or continue our petty squabbles and divisions?

This could be why they Raided Trumps house. He had the evidence that Aliens exist and they can't let that info get out.

If only we had a pair of special sunglasses we could take a look at Pelosi, Biden, Schumer and the rest but what we see might be even more frightening than their speeches. The movie "They Live" was ahead of it's time but sometimes they also demand to be called "Them".. What a whacky world we live in.

Congress certainly thinks as much, and believes we aren’t doing nearly enough about it.”

Only because the Pentagon has seen technology they do not have and do not understand.

"How do we defend the US against an attack ?" is what worries them.

So there we have it. If "aliens" were to ever land we're not going to say "Hello"; we're going to approach that ship and open fire.

What these short sighted idiots don't understand is that if there are "aliens" and they land they have technology way beyond our knowledge (we can't send a man beyond the moon) and can probably obliterate us before our army shoots one missile.

It's just our creators studying their failed experiment.

Maybe because the sightings have increased lately.....

You can hide it until you can't anymore.

That is a religious viewpoint. Goes along with the idea that the earth is only about 5000 years old because bible stories start at about 5000 years ago

Information is finally being released because all the UFO witnesses from Roswell and the years after are gone now. They had been threatened into silence. There has been a movement to declassify UFO documents for many years.

One of the History Channel's most popular shows for the past 10 years has been Ancient Aliens.
