hilarious. poor gavvie goes way out of his way to bash the far-superior governor of a state about as far from his own as you can get, but his in-laws know better.
Quote:
California Gov. Gavin Newsom has spent months jousting with his Florida counterpart, Gov. Ron DeSantis, a rising Republican star and potential future rival for the White House, swiping at DeSantis in a July 4 advertisement and boosting his opponent.
But as Newsom promises to make DeSantis a “one-term governor,” fundraising donation records show his in-laws working to keep the red state governor in office.
Two governors that are polar opposites. One loves his state and the people in it. The other doing everything in his power to run his state into the ground.
Likely to lead to a bit of family discord at some point. Just imagine a normal person who has Satan... er, I mean Newsom and his tainted bloodline as in-laws.
My bro n sister are Repugs. My bro in law is a trumpist. Can’t pick family. Clear example in the White House with Kellyanne and George Conway. And their very vocal daughter. So what ? We had a nice lunch today, no political talking points.
Yeah my immediate family is 50/50.
My two wealthy and entitled sisters were anti-trump (they also live in the most wealthy areas of their metros). My brother being a 1%er as well was anti- trump because he has friends that were anti-trump, despite all of his success during the trump years and he himself having great success in investing in Wall Street. Myself and my divorced parents were pro-trump because we have an understanding of history and economics and know what the alternatives are.
So it's highly offensive when Biden makes broad assumptions about the American people that don't prefer him over his opponent. He's likely making a huge mistake by alienating a large percentage of voters instead of uniting us.
The American people want unison, not division. Run on that message, and ye shall win.
