I'm not wrong. Congress is wrong to do that.

Looks like Congress (and yourself) didn't get the memo either.

A few more elections, and we can start straightening that out.

At last.

Miss Lindsey is introducing this bill at a time when new voter registration numbers by women are far outstripping that of men, in some places by 25%, and a huge number of them are under 25 and registering as Democrats. I really don't know who his target audience is, but I'd almost bet he won't pick up a single vote with this strategy.

Go, Lindsey! Keep the hits coming! Dobbs Forever!

So at a time where the focus should be on inflation and the possibility of another 2008 approaching, let's push out the abortion narrative, even if young women registration is rising.

Stupid GOPee.

1. I don't know anyone who would have an issue with this except for diehard pro abortioners who want abortion up until birth.

2. It's a state issue. He can't do anything at a national level.

3. Nothing to see here.
Agreed on all accounts.

Well yes there is something to see here.

Graham supported the ruling it is a state issue, and now is deeming it a federal issue?

So will Republicans implement federal policy if they win in 2024?....

Why would you support it being a state issue and have no issue with now it being called to be a national issue.

Graham's call not worth paying attention because it is now a state issue.....ignoring that there is at least one Republican in office wanting to make it a federal issue............

So those of you saying 'nothing to see here' are you actually saying you would not support a Republican that would now want to make it a federal issue?

It's theatre, sweetie. That's it.

This is the first act.

All of that notwithstanding, this is a stunningly stupid political move. It makes Republicans look inconsistent and will also anger the pro-abortion crowd for absolutely no reason since it has zero chance of becoming law. Finally, what Graham is proposing is blatantly un-Constitutional. Its as if he is intentionally trying to **** off everyone simultaneously.
Absolutely this. Republicans would be wise if they simply allowed Democrats to destroy their own voter base with their outrageously ridiculous decisions and lies. Anti-abortion voters would likely vote for Republicans regardless of whether abortion was a hot topic issue or not. Graham is an idiot.

They can’t make it a federal policy. The Supreme Court was clear. This is a state’s rights issue.

"States' powers" if you want to get technical.

Governments don't have rights. People have rights. Governments have powers.
