Dearie and the 11th Circuit clearly bashed Trumps 'non-legal' claims. His lawyers won't even present his ramblings because they are non-sensical and hold no merit.

The mere action of bringing a classified document to his home meant he declassified it. A president gets that kind of freedom unless you can show us a law that says otherwise.
