Twitter is awful, its only use is finding an immediate news for a current event. Recently signed up for Truth Social which I can read through, without the typical Twitter annoyances.
From a structure/software standpoint, Truth is far, far better than Twitter. The Twitter platform looks like something from the 1990s. But the key to Twitter is the massive user base-Truth has a handful of users. A little actual work on the Twitter interface, firing some of the censors and doing away with the bias and bigotry of the "banners" would make it a viable platform.

They wanted to be 'fired'. If those execs wanted to stay on they would have negotiated that in the deal.
Musk terminated Twitter Chief Executive Parag Agrawal, Chief Financial Officer Ned Segal and legal affairs and policy chief Vijaya Gadde, according to people familiar with the matter. He had accused them of misleading him and Twitter investors over the number of fake accounts on the social media platform.
If Elon really does take twitter back to free speech y’all understand Elon will be one of the most famous Americans in American history.
I hope he has hired a slew of lawyers. Complete free speech will have consequences. I foresee a lot of defamation suits.
