Trump is a buffoon he says all paper ballots every state in the union uses paper ballots already. The idiots clapping at the rally whatever it was just as dumb. Trump probably just think about it and congress will have term limits like those classified documents he claims he declassified by thinking about it.

The GOP can only hope for Garland to get an indictment and arrest him.
