Its funny that now, after all their braggadocio when filing the lawsuits, Powell and her friends are eating cheese and claiming they simply made mistakes.
Of course everyone is capable of making mistakes. However Powell is making excuses that her court filings where some sort of comedy bit that no one should have taken seriously.
You do not have to be very smart, or know very much about the law to understand just how absurdly corrupt it is for a Judge in a JURRY TRIAL to openly tell the defendant that he isn’t permitted to plead his innocence because he’s guilty?
the trial you were watching was about the damages that would be applied to jones, he had already been found liable in a previous trial.

Oh, sure. With facts and knowledge you can prove anything that's even remotely true, Mr. Smartypants.
Or, in the words of Senator John Kennedy (guess the party):"These high IQ stupid people have an answer for everything."
In a nutshell, there's a difference between making an error and being negligent. Lawyers have professional standards they're expected to uphold, or they can't be lawyers any more. Just like doctors who can't tell a spleen from a cauliflower can remain dcators.
The suits filed by Powell and her allies were simply an example of horrifically bad lawyering. That's negligence, and that can cost you your right to practice law.
I fondly remember one of her fantastic filings which included an affidavit from a poll watcher who had heard someone else talk about observing problematic behavior - something anyone who's watched "Legally Blonde" would recognize as hearsay - and her simply not understanding why it was a problem. Dumping a pile of legal manure on the front steps of the courthouse and expect the judge to sift though it is now how anything works.
Apparently she was pretty sharp before Trumpism set in. Pity. Another talented human who could have contributed something, but instead sacrificed reputation and future on the Altar of the Orange One.
Oh ... I'm sure after the poop hit the fan she was "just kidding".
