If her spew was intentional to help with insurrection, she should be disbarred.
If she was so stupid to actually believe her own spew, she should be disbarred.
I don't see any way out for her.
What "insurrection"? There wasn't an "insurrection" on 1/6. Even the FBI, who is in the DNC's pocket, said it wasn't an "insurrection".
Yet...why is that far too many still scream "insurrection!" despite being told otherwise?
Who are not on trial. Maybe they should be, I dunno. But the trial is required for a finding of guilty, and we are talking about trials and findings of guilt here. Do try to keep up.
They should be on trail and i hope o e they are for being a dictator and a moron well beyond Jimmy Carter.

Carter believed in & acted out service - socially, religiously, civically, militarily, diplomatically - throughout his lifetime to date, as far as I know. & as for intelligence, he worked his way up US Naval engineering in nuke subs, under Adm. Rickover - who didn't suffer fools @ all, to my knowledge.
What have the former US presidents who followed Carter accomplished upon their return to civilian life?

This would the same Jimmy Carter that lost his election over those Americans held captive by the Iranians. Yes?
Captives who were miraculously released by the Iranians upon Reagan's inauguration. Hmmm?
Strangely enough it was the Reagan administration that was later involved in the unsavory Iran/Contra business. The one where that was covered up by Bush I when he pardoned the co-conspirators.
Republicans have been little more than a criminal conspiracy for some time now. No plan for the country, other than giving the wealthy permanent tax breaks.
But their ranks are including more and more loons these days. Sidney Powell ranks right up there.

Literally EVERYTHING the Democrats do is destructive, destroying wealth, destroying the future. The Republican VOTERS (as opposed to psychopaths like McConnell) have no tolerance for criminality and do have a very simple plan that will improve the country in every respect. Any person who has a brain and is paying attention knows this.

Nothing. They all sucked. Nor did Carter. He was dumb enough and partisan enough to believe the insane Trump/Russia collusion lies.
II fondly remember one of her fantastic filings which included an affidavit from a poll watcher who had heard someone else talk about observing problematic behavior - something anyone who's watched "Legally Blonde" would recognize as hearsay - and her simply not understanding why it was a problem.
It's not a problem. You can't prove your case with hearsay, but you can start your case with hearsay, and then prove it later.
