Yes I can blame them for breaking the law just as I blame anyone else for breaking the law.

Plenty of Americans work hard labor jobs and plenty used to pick crops. I know people who work in slaughterhouses, hotels, restaurants, factories, construction, etc. How many citizens do you know that can pick up and move to follow the crops and provide a living on that seasonal low paying work now?

It was during WWII when the US implemented the guest worker program for agriculture because so many American men let to fight the war leaving farmers shorthanded. From the Bracero program legal seasonal guest worker programs continued to grow. So we have a legal system in place.

Correct, but one thing you got wrong is that there is no such thing as an undocumented they are illegal aliens.

They can't deny the hypocrisy here. What happened to "living wages" ? Where's the outrage over "greedy" employers ?
Who defending businesses'? The question was asked what will happen to Florida's agricultural industries and you can't say nothing but "use H2-A workers". But this is Florida, GOP voters who are "hiring illegals" to save on their costs, what do you say to that?

Hypocrisy seems to go both ways.
It's a myth that prices would rise much due to the absence of illegal labor. Only 2-4% of illegals are picking crops. The rest have taken jobs in construction and other blue collared jobs. It's also a myth that the growers pass any savings on to the consumer with cheap labor. They merely pocket the profits.

So what you are saying is just as long as you think you are getting cheap produce it's ok to break the law? I question your moral compass.

Which is straight up bull. Hundreds of thousands of AMERICANS have farms that don't use illegal laber.

Tough on these farmers. If they can't run a legit business it deserves to fail.

This nonsense yet again ^^^^ Just stop already, please.

It won't cost you all that much more if every farm worker was here legally:

https://www.epi.org/blog/how-much-wo...per-household/

From the link:

"This raises the question: How much would it cost to give farmworkers a significant raise in pay, even if it was paid for entirely by consumers? The answer is, not that much. About the price of a couple of 12-packs of beer, a large pizza, or a nice bottle of wine."

And this from the same link:

"The BLS data show that expenditures by households (referred to in the data as “consumer units”) in 2019 was $320 on fresh fruits and $295 on fresh vegetables, amounting to $615 a year or $11.80 per week. In addition, households spent an additional $110 on processed fruits and $145 on processed vegetables. Interestingly enough, on average, households spent almost as much on alcoholic beverages ($580) as they did on fresh fruits and vegetables ($615)."

Next time any pro-illegals break out in hysterics with ridiculous claims as to how much a head of lettuce will cost if all the illegals were deported, I'm saving this link for you and your ilk.

Stop reading twitter as if it's the gospel truth.
Correct, the US does currently have a legal migrant farm hand visa program. They come and work, get paid, and leave

that's H2N.....it includes housing, utilities, transportation

these workers can't rent a place to stay, put a deposit on utilities, and buy a car, bed, sheets, towels, pots/pans......on and on

it's a high wage...and a great deal for them....when you factor in all the perks

I don't know what you are trying to say here... The 'left' can't stop farmers from hiring whoever they want and the right will not work with the left on writing a comprehensive immigration bill.
