The republican form (no connection with "republic") is where the people ("all men") are created equal (before the law - none higher), with Creator endowed rights (life, liberty, absolute ownership, yada yada yada) that governments were instituted to secure - not tax, regulate nor trespass. And only by explicit consent of the governed, can such governments do more than adjudicate disputes, prosecute criminals, and defend against all enemies, foreign or domestic.
Of course, the PDSRA hasn't been doing that for generations. Why? Most folks volunteered OUT of the Republican form and into the socialist Democratic form. According to the law, it was done voluntarily. Sadly, few Americans know how and when they volunteered.
