And...I didn't read the article to notice that it is 2 years old lol. It's not the article that I'm taking issue with; it's that snooty elitist attitude. That's awesome--kevk, our public education system at work!

Judging from your title, it looks like you'd like the American pigs to DIE too. Would that please you?
Thats what I'm trying to figure out. My Cadillac gets less mpg then a hummer.. I just wouldnt buy one because they lack storage room that I need.

I am second to none in my joy at watching symbols of ostentation, stupidity, and poor taste disappear from the scene.

May tattoos, subwoofers, and body-piercings soon follow the Hummer into obscurity.

Just my personal experience.
Jees, I wonder if you notice those agressive drivers when they are driving their "other" vehicle.. I bet not.. your noticing the car, not the driver, and if you think otherwise your kidding only yourself.

Hey - the new Hummers get better gas mileage than comparable (size) Toyotas and Nissans.

The fact you might not like them does not others have to follow suit -

How can you not notice a giant box driving down the highway that has "I am a d-bag" written on the side .

Once again, the Hummer H1 (the subject of this thread) hasn't been produced for civilians since the end of the 2006 model year:

GM to discontinue original Hummer H1 model - Autos - MSNBC.com

The quoted article in the OP was over two years old.
