My Chevy Venture minivan only gets 17 mpg local, 22 highway so I don't understand where you people feel the hummer is such a sin.

Thats what I'm trying to figure out. My Cadillac gets less mpg then a hummer.. I just wouldnt buy one because they lack storage room that I need.
I don't know, maybe because every Hummer I've ever encountered on the road is driven by someone that thinks they're the only vehicle on the road and if you're not going fast enough to their liking they try to run you off the road.
Just my personal experience.

How can you not notice a giant box driving down the highway that has "I am a d-bag" written on the side .
