Waste of time. A new administration begins in 7 months. Since it's an election year, Congress won't even be in Washington for a good portion of that time. Seven months is not enough time to hold hearings and votes. House Speaker Pelosi has already said it will not happen during her tenure.

Nice thought, and I like a lot of what Kucinich fights for and stands for, but this is a waste of time. It's election season. He'll never get any support in Congress for it, and Bush is out in November anyway.
