There is no consensus among scientists about the exact reasons that an individual develops a heterosexual, bisexual, gay, or lesbian orientation. Although much research has examined the possible genetic, hormonal, developmental, social, and cultural influences on sexual orientation, no findings have emerged that permit scientists to conclude that sexual orientation is determined by any particular factor or factors. Many think that nature and nurture both play complex roles; most people experience little or no sense of choice about their sexual orientation.
I have met and known a lot of gay people in my lifetime. I have yet to meet a gay person that was not molested during childhood or as a teen.
Disclaimer: I am not saying it happens to all gays/lesbians, but that has always been what I have been told by every single one of them.

You are unbelievable. It's sad that your life events have warped your thinking that badly to think all gay folks are evil or have issues like mental abuse or disorders. Nce little dig that only "few" haven't been molested. How Christian of you. Sad.
I have seen polls taken where molestation in male homosexuality was much higher than the average.
Take an online poll in a gay board where straights don't usually frequent and you will people much more willing to admit they were molested.
Take that same poll on a non-gay board that has alot of gay members and the results will be just the opposite.
I talked with one gay psychologist and he agreed with me on how my homosexual tendencies developed, but he told me to keep it a secret because he thought it would not sit well with the gay activists. Thus the agenda angle.
isn't it funny mscconne if you don't agree with the homosexual lifestyle then it is hate speech? They use words like weapons over and over, words like bigot, hate speech, etc. They must paint us with a broad brush that we hate and they have love. It is a big lie! The truth is twisted. In reality their lifestyle is not only harmful to them but to us in many ways. It does not stop in the bedroom they want to put on pornographic displays, they want to teach our children to be gay, they really do have an agenda. I have a new book called "The Agenda The Homosexual Plan To Change America by Rev. Louis P. Sheldon. I recommend that you and other get that book, it goes into great detail as to what their agenda really is. They will vehemently deny this and am sure they will accuses Rev Shelton of hate. There is also the Amercian Family Association, etc. Do search on the web for more information. We are in a battle in these last days between good and evil.
Yes JGY, I also feel sorry for those poor homosexual animals as well, since they also 'chose' their sexual lifestyle. Yes we need to bring Christian values to these poor animals. Oh wait! I forgot that these animals can't have values or believe in religion. I guess there is no way to save them from their 'evil' desires. What can we do?
