Neither has Bill Richardson. Seems the FBI and AG's have so much free time they just open random investigations. Maybe we should cut their budgets....

There's nothing random about this investigation, the focus of it just doesn't happen to be Quadrangle or its senior executive. If evidence should be found of wrong-doing on their part, the investigation will most certainly expand its focus. In the meantime, authorities are investing payments by leader of Obama task force, not the leader of the task force. And the payments were made before he joined the task force, not while he was part of Obama's administration.
