There are plenty of studies that cite examples and theories if you do
There are words on the vocaulary section of the SAT that you would only hear or commonly use in an upper class environment. I had a moderately hard time with the SAT because of that although I studied hard for it when I took it. I only got a decent score by doing very well on the math part.
