Has it occurred to anyone who doesn't like the coverage, to just turn it off? What's the big deal? To hammer away at MJ at this time, regardless of who he was and what he did in life, is like pissing on the man's grave. I just don't understand how this kind of cruelty turns someone on.

I'd like to see more people having the grace to just let it go.

Now, it IS tacky to be rude and say crap at your neighbor's funeral if it is petty annoying stuff like "that SOB was a jerk, he always left his grass clippings on my sidewalk, and let his dog pee in my flowers; thank G-d he's dead."

Now THAT is tacky.

But to tell the truth about someone after they are dead, not tacky.

I did NOT sugarcoat my ex bf (in HS) when he died. I understand there were quite a few people that loved him, but I would NOT sit there (10yr HS reunion) and listen to them telling me to say at least one nice thing about the bast**d that broke my nose, my wrist, 3 cracked ribs, and date raped me on our 3rd date, all because I refused to have sex. There is NOTHING nice to say about him, and I still to this day will not do it.

That, is NOT tacky.

Going on video to state such things publicly, then going on TV to say the same, is in fact, what you are stating as tacky. Publicly demeaning a dead person.
