congratulations!! I am kind of in the same boat. I am going to be doing some packing myself, and hope to rent my house out. no jobs where I live, and I would lose money if I sold, so I am trying to break even in rental income. have fun at closing, and if you are a guy, don't play with yourself the night before. you're gonna need that wrist strength for signatures.
I'm going to Austria for the day and taking a short boat trip down the Danube.
Depending on my foot, on Sunday I'm planning a drive down one of the river valleys in this area.
Weather permitting.
Good Luck!!! Definately get out that excel spreadsheet and track everything that you spend....
I'm proud of myself. Single(Divorced) New Jersey mom of 3 teenagers, two of which are in college. Holding it ALL down by myself. Once I close on the house, then its PARTY TIME...well at least anywhere that free...I'll have a mortgage along with college tuitions to pay..
Enjoy your weekend.
that is a alot on your plate... No kids yet here but believe me the budget is reviewed daily... the wife loves it when I break out that spreadsheet..
Most likely saltwater, the local lakes haven't been stocked in a while. From what I hear, the striped bass and halibut are in the SF bay, an actual fish i can eat would be great, rather than the usual sharks and rays I seem to catch.
Location: I currently exist only in a state of mind. one too complex for geographic location.

It's been drizzly all week so we might not be able to have our beach party Saturday afternoon. Tomorrow night a couple dozen of us are going to the lodge on the little island across from the ferry terminal, indulge in steak and crab and celebrate the resignation of she who will not be named.
Hopefully, I won't get called!
mmmmmmmmmmmmm pie. blueberry pie is best when cut with vanilla ice cream.

Took jam to work for our weekly meeting yesterday and someone went out and bought vanilla ice cream. The jam was great as a topping.
