I had a Doctors appointment yesterday afternoon and hadn't seen him in a few months...I went in there all full of myself because I THOUGHT I had lost a bit of weight and he would be proud of me...I had GAINED 7 pounds and got a severe ass chewing and left there with my tail between my legs...so the NO CALORIES thang is good

That's what he told me too...I'm not really "overweight" for the way I'm built,but he wants me to lose it for blood pressure reasons....If I cut my soda out and just drink water I think I can take it back off...btw...he didn't crack a smile when I said "I have finally beaten anorexia...thank ya JESUS"....his nurse snickered,but he never changed expressions...which for some reason seemed even funnier to me than what I said.
