Well over at democraticunderground they're certainly acting like nazis (all the while accusing others of being nazis, bizarre...)...and doing precisely what I said they'd do, forward, copy and paste, etc., giving O dissenters' contact info.

3. Just sent one from my whackadoo cousin
She used to be a big-deal in local RW politics and generally knows to exclude me from her really offensive crap. However, I was able to debunk the "SENIOR DEATH WARRANT" email at Snopes in about 2 minutes.
Forwarded her msg to the flag email address while I copied her on it....BURN!

This sounds eriely familar with an act pased by Woodrow Wilson in 1918, which ended with thousands of innocent American Citizens becoming political PRISONERS

"


"When the United States is at war, the Postmaster General may, upon evidence satisfactory to him that any person or concern is using the mails in violation of any of the provisions of this Act, instruct the postmaster at any post office at which mail is received addressed to such person or concern to return to the postmaster at the office at which they were originally mailed all letters or other matter so addressed, with the words "Mail to this address undeliverable under Espionage Act" plainly written or stamped upon the outside thereof, and all such letters or other matter so returned to such postmasters shall be by them returned to the senders thereof under such regulations as the Postmaster General may prescribe. "

According to 5 U.S.C. § 552a, United States agencies, including the Executive Office of the President shall, “maintain no record describing how any individual exercises rights guaranteed by the First Amendment unless expressly authorized by statute or by the individual about whom the record is maintained or unless pertinent to and within the scope of an authorized law enforcement activity.”

h) Rights of Legal Guardians.— For the purposes of this section, the parent of any minor, or the legal guardian of any individual who has been declared to be incompetent due to physical or mental incapacity or age by a court of competent jurisdiction, may act on behalf of the individual. (i) (1) Criminal Penalties.— Any officer or employee of an agency, who by virtue of his employment or official position, has possession of, or access to, agency records which contain individually identifiable information the disclosure of which is prohibited by this section or by rules or regulations established thereunder, and who knowing that disclosure of the specific material is so prohibited, willfully discloses the material in any manner to any person or agency not entitled to receive it, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $5,000.

(2) Any officer or employee of any agency who willfully maintains a system of records without meeting the notice requirements of subsection (e)(4) of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $5,000.

(3) Any person who knowingly and willfully requests or obtains any record concerning an individual from an agency under false pretenses shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $5,000.

the white house is restricted by law from destroying corispondense recieved at the whitehouse. Notice that the email goes to the white house.
