The best thing both Taitz and Kreep could do would be to bring in a very high-profile attorney to handle the Motion to Dismiss hearing. Then, if it makes it past the Motion to Dismiss stage let the high-profile (i.e. major lawfirm's senior partner) attorney take the lead role and have his/her legal staff use both Taitz and Kreep more like junior associate level attorneys.
I agree. I think Orly does in fact think yesterday was a win! When she was on the Daily Show, she thought Jon Stewart was agreeing with her. IMO, she not only doesn't understand how "court" works, she actually seems fairly dumb!

yeah. the comment before that, about how this could have theoretically gone to trial months ago if orly could manage to follow procedure correctly (as many others, lawyer and non-lawyer, have managed), made a good point too. the woman is incompetent.
