Do British Navy Rear Admiral Sir George Cockburn and Major General Robert Ross get to burn Washington again?

Did you know that the case could be thrown out if the Judge has private conversations about it with anyone trying to influence the judge to rule in any particular manner??.......additionally, the judge CANNOT talk any one of the attorneys in the case without all the other attorneys being present.

So much for other federal judges and President Obama calling up Judge Carter and trying to influence his upcoming ruling.

Are you aware that the Repubs' former bright, shining star, Bobby Jindal, was born to parents who had emigrated from India just months before he was born? By India's standards, he may well be an Indian citizen.
Or by the wingers' standards he may be considered an anchor baby.

Read the Justice Department filing. In truth I doubt you can be enlightened.

Orly Taitz's Day In Court - Orange County News - Navel Gazing
From the Orange County News link:

"Carter's got an interesting act going on. He appears extremely sympathetic to the idea that the question of Barack Obama's legitimacy needs to be examined in court. Time and again, he said he want to eventually hear the case on its merits, and even went ahead and set a whole slew of dates into early 2010 for the hypothetical future trial. He stressed that he was taking steps to speed up the process. But, he said, the case had already been swamped in a "procedural quagmire" of Taitz's own making"

Oh, those federal court judges!! Thanks, meson, for the link.

That's always true - not just in this one particular case!

Some might now view the Taitz lawyers as Carter's little pills.

yay, judge carter set a trial date for the case!

but just in case he dismisses it, here's why he's corrupt!

yay, we found a kenyan birth certificiate!

but just in case, we have another one, plus a spurious argument about how obama's not eligible even if he was born in hawaii! plus, he is also indonesian! and canadian! and british!

goooooooooo birthers!
