Did you know that the case could be thrown out if the Judge has private conversations about it with anyone trying to influence the judge to rule in any particular manner??.......additionally, the judge CANNOT talk any one of the attorneys in the case without all the other attorneys being present.
So much for other federal judges and President Obama calling up Judge Carter and trying to influence his upcoming ruling.
Why would he have received such a scholarship? He graduated from high school in Hawaii, where he had lived for the previous 10 years or so.
Are you aware that the Repubs' former bright, shining star, Bobby Jindal, was born to parents who had emigrated from India just months before he was born? By India's standards, he may well be an Indian citizen.
Or by the wingers' standards he may be considered an anchor baby.

That's always true - not just in this one particular case!
never mind that the senate action taken regarding mccain was spearheaded by obama and clinton, and was done with the intent of nipping any contest to his eligibility in the bud. there was no question in anyone's minds (besides crazies like phil berg) that he was eligible, they just wanted to make sure the issue didn't come up.
but just in case he dismisses it, here's why he's corrupt!
