1/3 of the inmates incarcerated are white, nationwide. in my last job an office of 125, 2 were white, all management was black or hispanic.

Does this include the number of OOW births where the parents marry later? How about the children whose mothers are pregnant when the fathers die? How many have parents who are divorced before the child is born?
Also, what defines "abandonment", since we're talking about how black men "abandon" their children so much? Is it abandonment if the father pays child support but doesn't live in the home? Is it abandonment if the father goes to jail/prison, but remains an active part in his children's lives? Is it abandonment if the father is deployed? Oh, and since black males are being sent to jail at ALARMING rates - most over non-violent, drug-related crimes - get outta heah with this. You can ALWAYS skew numbers to fit your cause, especially where blacks are concerned.
You can also make a million excuses for anything instead of facing the problem. This issue has been discussed in the news many times and still there is an overwhelming absence of responsibility, so much so even this current president addressed it.

White "guilt" has created a double standard which is helping no-one. Affirmative action only reinforces the feeling that one is inferior and so requires a special allowance to make up for that inferiority while at the same time dumbing down industry, education and the military.
This has even been carried over into schools where the discipline given to minorities is different than that given to whites, "racial disparity" given as the reason.
This is a huge social problem and we've created a monster - a whole race of people that
don't want to be held to the same standards as long as they can use the race card to get what they want.
Blacks need to wake up, stop making excuses and stop whining about not being treated fairly. Stop using the race card to get what you want.

you know Dora I don't need to answer all your uestion because the proof is right out there for anyone with eyes to see. Has any woman gotten married that has had a baby out of wedlock? Of course BUT like it or not the absense of black men hanging around to take care of their children is a HUGE problem in the black community, affirmed by blacks. It's their problem, not mine other then the effects on society. While it is also a big problem among all races here, blacks have it the worse. No one or nothing is responsible for this problem except themselves.
