I can't believe anyone with a brain in thier head would listen to MSNBC, as it is completely partisan propaganda, which is something that most intelligent people find insulting. Perhaps your version of "intelligent" is similar to Jon Bon Jovi's view, in that "Al Gore is the smartest man I ever met". Intelligence is certainly relative.

The difference is that Fox actively campaigns against the WH and acts as a marketing team for the GOP (repeating GOP talking points for example).
The opposite of impartial, and nearly always their 'news' is distorted for that POV
