Maybe you can write in the memo portion of your check: For calling a female lobbyist a w*h*o*r*e.

Inhofe: I'll Vote Against Reform Without Reading Bill
It's a 2,000 page bill, written behind closed doors, where the republicans were banned from attending, damn right!! What more do you need to know?? I'd vote against it too.

So, let's get this straight... Inhofe is a corporate w**** because he won't vote for the health care bill that has the insurance industries' lobbyists' fingerprints all over it...

...but the Dems are shining stars for producing a bill that sells out to insurance companies' (corporations, in case you didn't know) interests? Got it.

Where in my posts did I lay blame at the feet of one particular party? Very easy to point out which representatives are self-serving as their campaign contributions speak for themselves...democrat and republican alike. Instead of arguing as if this is a a sports even, why can't you people own up and admit that the corruption is rampant? I mentioned campaign finance reform and not one response, thus far, has admitted the need for that. Talk about typical! BTW...Joe Lieberman's stance more than proved my point about self-serving, not fit to hold public office, corrupt pieces of cow dung!
I must ask you two questions that this post brings up to me.

Did you fail to hear the words of Barney Frank to the single payer now man who cornered him going into a meeting. Frank replied that he is more for single payer than anybody but they just don't have the votes to pass it? He said that this public option thing is a step closer to single payer and will lead to it eventually. If you need to hear Barney's words about this I think I can haul them out for you.

Now, what in hell does campaign finance reform have to do with this fool attempt to take over control of medicine by the government? I just don't understand that at all.

I just thought of one more question you brought to mind. How is Joe Lieberman so different that that Scozzafava woman. He admits to what he thinks and holds out for it and this bill is just not something he can support. He may caucus with the Dems but he didn't get elected as one of them so he is free to think independently. Scozzafava and Collins and all other RINOs operate by getting elected under one party name and then they support the other one. That seems pretty dishonest to me.

I believe you pretty well took in everybody possible when you used Dennis Kucinich, Alan Grayson or Bernie Sanders as your examples of really honest people. One Dem, one loudmouth Dem and one Independent. Is there anybody among the Republicans you could accept as honest? Oh, yeah, Collins or Snowe would surely work.

I would say that coming back at that post would be pretty tough since old sickof is so bound and determined to talk about truth. Too much of it there to not trip up the best of the liberals.

Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) released this statement:

Slowly but surely the Republicans are revealing their true strategy on health care: partisans gamesmanship comes before getting something done. If Republicans believe doing nothing will ingratiate themselves with the American people, they have not learned a single lesson from the last two elections. Their do nothing approach is why health care costs have skyrocketed, and it’s why Republicans are in such a bad place today. This strategy is bad politics, but it is also a deeply troubling way to govern.

Your inability to post anything other than name calling shows your lack of knowledge in a big and obvious way. Ron Paul would be someone that I would acknowledge as someone with integrity, but whose fault is it the the party has allowed itself to become infiltrated with Neocons and extreme right wing religious hypocrite freaks? Who do you consider a true Statesman?

With all your sad words about those opponents of Dems I wondered if you know anything about how the Democrats are trying to use baby steps to get to single payer, government controlled healthcare. Here is one of the better examples I know to see how they want to do that from one of their real leaders from the House.
