.. just like Obama expected Congress to "pass" bills that hadn't even been written yet .. much less read, only a few short months ago.

I would rather a Republican votes NO on spending $1 Trillion dollars without reading the plan
than have a Democrat that votes YES on spending $1 Trillion dollars without reading the plan.

That said, why the hell do we have so many people in congress that don't read bills anymore?
