Not that it matters to me, but I wouldn't draw conclusions on one's religious beliefs based on the school. I'm not a catholic but went to one, as did some of my Muslim friends.
Even Bill Clinton attended a Catholic school - and he's about as far from being a Catholic as you can be.
Yeah but there's a huge difference. Carrie Prejean is a Christian and didn't answer one of their questions the way she was supposed to, this woman is a Muslim and wants the government passing out free birth control so she'll stay.
Seems the same to me. Both hot women that use their bodies for money and both believe in fairy tales for their basis on what life is about. I don't see how you see a diffence in that.
My point is that the contest itself isn't exactly the epitome of womanhood. This is a meat contest, so why is this an issue after the fact?
Well thank God that in order for the Muslim to win she had to strip and strut her stuff -- that shows that American culture is winning out. How terrible it would be if the Muslims were winning and a burka clad Muslim won.

I don't - they all are women who use their bodies to get money and a short fame - but one got kicked out and the other will not. That's the reality. It's really all about political correctness, this one gave the "right" kind of liberal answer -- pro-birth control, pro-government. That's a win-win for her. And its a win-win-win with her Muslim faith.

Nothing really - but it was the "right" answer with a politically correct contest like this. It's that the other one refused to toe the line so she was tossed.
Now if this Muslim woman would have said she didn't believe the government should provde free birth control or even said she didn't believe in birth control, the stripping would likely get her the boot -- but maybe not because it all depends on how the ranking of each factor as far as political correctness.
Merely a tongue-in-cheek comment to a previous post about the Muslim community in Dearborn not being happy about a Muslim girl appearing in public in such an immodest role and then another reference to a post that she might be Catholic. She came from a Shiite family and the Koran decrees death for apostate Muslims.
BTW it was meant as a joke.
