The Jewish people have had a continuous presence in the area. There have always been throughout the ages Jewish communities in the 4 cities of Jerusalem, Hebron, Tiberias & Zefad/Sefat.

And so have Palestinians. But your point was that somehow being a Jew provided an upper hand over ownership of the land, not necessarily having lived there for generations. Do you still abide by your claim?

My claim is that both groups have rights in the region as both groups have legitimate ties to the area. It is the extremists who won't compromise and share.

Based no what? Religion?

Agreed. I'm willing to bet that extremists from both sides would not want to give even an inch to the other. Now, what solution do you offer? Are you opposed to two-state solution and going back to the lines drawn by the UN?

As long as both sides have extremist groups that have real power & these groups are the ones which refuse to share the area, I don't see any solution.

No doubt, but not that many to require continuous expansion and intrusion into what, at some point, used to be Palestinian territory. As this progression proves:

Your point is irrelevant. My point was that the Palestinian have a Palestinian Arab country. That country is Jordan.
And your point is nonsense. I know, to you, they all look alike ...but to them, a Jordanian is from Jordan ... a Syrian from Syria, an Egyptian from Egypt, and a Palestinian is from Palestine.
A more valid point would be for Israel to either share the land peacefully, or for THEM to go back to where they belong which includes the DOZENS of countries from which they were IMPORTED into Palestine!
