That's because I'm not one of these (http://fc03.deviantart.com/fs7/i/2005/244/7/8/Forum_*****_Stamp_by_zilla774.gif - broken link), I look for an appropriate thread to post
in, unlike some people on this forum.....

The polls don't matter much to me. I will be voting for Obama again if he runs and he will run. What I remember is feeling is the frustration and apprehension when the Patriot Act was passed; when the teacher was kicked out of a building and ARRESTED when she wore an anti-Bush slogan (and a SMALL one) to a Bush speech; when the enemployment rate fell over the eight years of bush's reign; when the prices of everything in the grocery store steadily climbed over bush's reign and when bush's admin. staff ran like rats leaving a sinking ship after his first term.

I remember when the markets starting crashing and the emergency speech bush made to America. I remember wondering why people believed in these people; why they believe any company will regulate itself and I remember the evil in dickc's eyes.

Obama has had more major catasrophies thrown at him in his first two years in than bush had during his entire eight.

I'll be voting for Obama again, but it won't matter. I live in Oklahoma---the only state in the union where every country went red. This is a state where our state legislatures are more concerned about placing ten commandment statues on the state capital and passing anti-abortion laws than they do about passing laws which make insurance companies cover children with autism. A state that passes laws that force a woman to have and VIEW an ultrasound before an abortion; where they pass laws that force a woman to answer a litany of questions such as, "married or single, how many abortions and about 50 other questions that will then be posted ONLINE (not named but posted online her answers and her town of residence) before getting an abortion.

So, I will be voting for Obama---even if it does not matter in Oklahoma.
