Great game! I'm still not on the bandwagon the media seems to be on about the 49ers. Alex Smith seems to be too much up and down, I don't think they are as complete a team as the hype does. We'll see as the season really ramps up.

That number 80 on the back of Cruz's jersey is beginning to remind me of another player who wore that number, except his colors were red and gold.

Jerry was great, no doubt as is Cruz (up to this point). What do they both have in common? Both were/are thrown to by HOF QB's.

Jerry is great, but I think that is a mutual relationship: I would say Joe and Steve were throwing to a HOF WR.
