I lost a lot of weight through illness and am now only 101 pounds at 5'3 tall.
A co worker said he noticed I had lost tons of weight and then said "There was nothing of you before, you're a tiny little thing. "
Would you see this as condescending?

No. You are overreacting.

No. Perhaps words could have been chosen with greater care, but no. I think the co worker was startled at how your appearance has changed.

Carry on. Be thankful you are better now.

I don't know if it's condescending exactly, but why does your coworker feel that it's okay to be commenting on your body? That seems rather rude and inappropriate to me. It's a little too familiar. It would make me uncomfortable.

No. In fact, they may even be trying to pay you a compliment but just being very clumsy in doing it.

I don't know that your colleague was condescending, but he was awkward. It sounds like your coworker has probably also used the phrase, "tall drink of water."

No. Not necessarily the most tactful comment but not condescending. It sounds like he was paying you a compliment but it absolutely could have been phrased better.

Not in the least. I would consider it as an attempt at a compliment.
