When ever we get to Sarasota we stop at Troyer's Dutch Heritage Restaurant ~ Amish Country Cooking Fresh From the Oven. It was sold last April to a restaurant group out of Ohio. Not sure if the food quality is the same now but they had THE best fried chicken . There is a furniture store in a small strip mall next to the restaurant that has quality Amish made furniture. The prices are not cheap but you get what you pay for.
