Olive Garden seems to be busy all 12 months and all hours they are open. If you are looking to be waiter, OP, I'd target them.

We have NOT Been to Prime. Why not? Because except for the 1 poster above , we have heard nothing good, about the food there.. I am in and around that area often and I cannot say I have NEVER seen the lot full or even half full.. The Live Jazz at JD's is an added plus to Great Food and Drinks and a Nice Wine list and Delicious Desserts. When we are in the mood for a nice meal and willing to spend that kind of money I also dont want my waiter serving me in a T shirt..

We would LOVE for that to be so.. We will check them out in a couple weeks.. We visit Danato's regularly and they own The Prime, we were greatly disappointed to hear negative reviews from so many of our friends here in PC.. We are truely in hopes, it was just a few glitches and bumps in the road and that they are ironing them all out.. IMHO we can use a Good Steak Restuarant in the area..

I thought I found one after our first visit to Whiskey Creek Wood Fire Grill. We ate there to celebrate the closing on our house and really had a great meal. However, on our second trip there the food was only so-so. Seems like consistency is a real problem with most restaurants here. The only ones that haven't let us down so far are Sandra's and Tortuga's (neither being a steak house), both in PG.

This is off topic but if you like terrific wines and small plates, Orange House in PG is terrific. You have to check in with them on website or just call for dinner specials, but on our last trip they were serving up lamb chops and no joke they were the best I've ever had, anywhere. The owner (it's a lovely couple, and the chef was the husband) said they got the recipe from a Greek family that they stayed with during various travels.

During live jazz nights, if you like the traditional standards, be sure to catch it if George Kachmar plays. George and his small 1-2 person band are unbelievable. The quality of his guitar playing & voice (which is a cross between Harry Connick, young Frank Sinatra and a young Tony Bennett) is really something special.

We like Tortugas well enough, but the ambiance leaves MUCH to be desired. Eating there is like having a Nice Seafood Meal in a school cafateria. Sandras does have what we think of as good Germain food. We found a "decent" Asian Take Out but have yet to find even a good Sit down Asian Restaurant ( TOO MANY BUFFETS!) . Whisky Creek is just another Chain ...do-able but nothing to write home about. We will need to check out Orange House , thats sounds promising : )
We have had "decent" Sushi at Laishleys sitting right at the Sushi Bar. I have heard about " Mamotas"(SP) or something like that????
