Carrabba's, Outback, Olive Garden are probably the top three. They are building a Longhorn Steakhouse, which will probably be busy when it opens. Season is Jan-April/Easter.

We have been to all the above mentioned establishments and most do in a pinch.. I will add this .. If you see a Place that isnt busy in THE SEASON....... hummm and its NOT.... a place like say JD's Bistro.... I dont think you want to even pull in the lot. Another busy place BTW is Plaza Mexico .. IMHO Busy doesnt always mean good.. That Said: "Good Food" is in the tastebuds of the beholder. ( Culture Shock Again ) when Chain Resturants are considered favorite places to eat..

We won't return to prime. Our prime rib was cold, gray and tasteless. I really don't know what the fuss is about the place.

I don't think I'll go back to Prime either and I didn't even have steak. I had a shrimp dish and the shrimp was raw in the middle. How do you screw up cooking shrimp???

But I do remember how awesome the bread was. Definitely one of the best tasting and airiest breads I ever had!

Have to agree with you Prime is not very good. Sides I have tried there have ALL been sub par under cooked or over cooked. The popovers are good though.
