According to this new article from the USA today, the project is now a 500 room hotel with only 200 condos:

Now that is not surprising. Their original plan was nuts at those prices. This, might actually work. We shall see.

Lmao, what was a high scale project is turning into a 680 room hotel where 180 rooms (suites) might be sold later on as condos. I guess they realized not many people are going to pay 3/4 of a million to live in Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda.

It makes one wonder, at what point does the City of Punta Gorda and Charlotte County cry foul that they were misled by Allegiant and look to recover some of the incentives that they provided for this deal?

I heard that alegient has bought the racetrack station nextdoor
Perhaps access for duel ro the marina? Thats what i heard from a prominate punta gorda buisness
