I spoke too soon. It's really coming down now in SE Garner. You should see it soon, AZTeacher.

It's stopped here. Was really coming down for a while there. Maybe got a 1/3 of a inch or so on the holly bushes... those are the easiest to see the tops of from the window.

Started to stick to the road out front before it stopped. Everything is wet, which equals a freeze here shortly.

Johnston County schools will be closed again.

We are done with the snow here, did not last long nor did it seem to come down hard

I'm in Brier Creek and we haven't had trash or recyling pickup which is normally on Tuesday. I have some outgoing mail in my mailbox that hasn't been picked up for 2 days. I'm not able to clear the area of the street around my mailbox, could that be the reason? It's just ice. I watched my neighbor check her mailbox today and there was nothing.

We finally got mail today! and they picked up our garbage (in Cary).

Half the mail we got belonged to neighbors and there wasn't much at all anyway. Hmmm....

We did have mail today at the house and we are in the Cleveland area in Clayton. I do know that the town of Clayton posted on their Facebook page that their trash pick-up would be delayed and pushed to some houses being picked-up on Saturday
