Try any Subway sandwich store, but I thought they were awful. I tried the "truffle fry" version. I thought, that must taste like heaven, but I couldn't finish the bag. The idea of gyro and reuben flavors makes me gag.

Funny - we LOVED the truffle flavor. I've been voting so that they stay on the shelves permanently.

The reuben and southern biscuits and gravy made me gag. Gyro? If I could find 'em, I'd try 'em.

Thanks for the heads up about Subway. I'll try that later today.

Is this like a pizza or bagel thread, where I could pitch plain old Wise brand potato chips from the keystone state?

If not, sorry 'bout that.

I thought we had seen them not too long ago because DH pointed them out. If I am thinking of the right thing that would mean we saw them either at the Harris Teeter on Leesville Road or the Super Target near Southpoint.

Thank you both - not that I need to cave in on the craving or anything. You understand, right? Just a little willpower ...

Sheetz had little bags.Kroger did have them, not sure now. I tried all of them when they came out. The biscuits&Gravy was more morbid curiosity but it wasn't bad. My daughter liked the truffle one best. My least favorite was the wasabi ginger.

wasabi ginger was LAST year's winner. I've never tried them.

Found the gyro flavor at Food Lion on TW Alexander in Brier Creek. It was the only flavor they had. YUCK. Like eating overly salted lamb cardboard. Gimme the truffle flavor - PLEASE.

I haven't seen any new ones lately, but the Cheesy Garlic Bread flavor from last year was awesome.
