Regarding Salvios, they seem to excel at "junk pies". (Lot of toppings). Same with Cozzilinos.
Randy's, I've always had best luck with 1-2 toppings only. I like the slices on Miami. Very much geared to the RTP lunch crowd at that location (yep, separate ownership, they split many years ago). Dude that runs that place is a hard working guy that always has a smile and runs a great business.
All I want is one greek-style pizza place within 30 minutes of me. Just one!

Funny I know exactly what type of pizza youre talking about from the picture, but never heard it referred to as greek style. It definitely is diff than others, youre right. What exactly is the description of the pizza you refer to?
The pizza here is so bad that I stick to Domino's. At least it's edible. Sometimes I'll drive the 20 min to Rosati's (for Chicago style), but I haven't been there in a while. Of course I would like some good pizza.

It's cooked in a shallow pan, the crust is lighter and flakier. Different type of cheese blend, I think it involves some cheddar cheese. It tends to be insanely greasy. It usually doesn't flop over (gasp, I think I just offended all New Yorkers).
Much different than italian-style, but equally as amazing, if not more.
