It is labeled as Sponsored Content. I always assume those are ads and never click on them.

Linda and her kids ares really trying to keep that good 'ole boys (and girls) network alive and well down on the coast. Those double-sided deals keep her afloat after-all. The pretty blatant familial status FH violating comments they make are also intriguing.

Wow....

How comforting. For a fee, I can have someone else put my foot in my mouth, as if I'm not good enough already at that.

I passed over it just a couple of hours ago for the same reason.
Jeeze. Pretty blatant over-the-line Fair Housing issue...

My house went active today. 15 showings scheduled for tomorrow (14, and 1 on Sunday actually) and they are still rolling in. This pandemic is not stopping real estate, that's for sure.

Up to 17 for today, and 1 on Saturday and they just keep scheduling. I am at Hwy 55 and High House Road. Flat, wooded almost half acre cul de sac lot. People with kids really want the cul de sac I am thinking.

And, they want your schools.
You are in the nexus of school assignment hysteria.

That is absolutely crazy, especially in the middle of a pandemic. That's 17 people that know they'll have to come in quick, and with their best offer.

Good luck, curious how it turns out.

Yes, indeed. Schools are capped though I think? I don't know. We don't have kids so I don't follow all of that. But yes, the schools are a huge draw.

Yes, these are buyers I imagine. Not lookey loos. Not on a work day. I kind of feel sorry for the one person scheduled to see it on Saturday lol. A there is an open house on Sunday.
