I know Vegas is a good team, but didn't enjoy the Canes giving up a two goal lead.
Still.... 2 points.

I was surprised how many Vegas fans were in the building.

Won in Ottawa in front of no fans on Thursday in a shootout, the first shootout of the season. Nino tied the game late.

NJ tonight and SJ tomorrow.

And, Necas did another double pirouette move and almost a highlight goal. Freddy was just amazing, and kept the Canes in the game.
We have Raanta in net tonight, so I hope he is 100%, good to go.

Whalers night. The whole place will be Baby Poop Green tonight.

Not a great game tonight.
Except for Aanti Raanta, who very much deserved that 1st Star. He saved the Canes from themselves. 24/25, including a few unopposed breakaways.

Certainly glad for the 2 points in the standings.

And... Looking forward. A year from now the Canes will host the Stadium Series game at Carter Finley Stadium.
I am in queue for tix, as of yesterday.

In Toronto tonight, first time there since the David Ayres game. Canes beat the Leafs at home early in the season.

No emergency Goalie magic tonight. But we at least earn a point.
