I drove around a west cary new constructions area where they were listing townhomes "starting" at 500K . I could only SMH.
We get offers from Redfin for 35% more for what we paid a couple years ago. Crazy.

I did a new construction home inspection yesterday in South Garner and there were several other neighborhoods under construction nearby that I hadn’t heard about. Between I40 and 50. I can only image that with 540 coming in near there, that there will be more, along the swath over toward Apex and down to Fuquay.

6%-12% impervious area restrictions around the Swift Creek watershed will pose some limits, I suppose.
