Months ago when I asked for recommendations for koi pond builders a few folks said "call ABC" but nobody exactly told me ABC actually built a pond for them. Since that time I have had 3 people out for consultations and then they faxed me estimate but never did any follow up. Three others said they would be in touch but I never heard from them. I don't want to beg to give my business to somebody. So who built your koi pond and please talk a bit about your experience. What would you have done differently?
